Broad range of roles and opportunities to work with different teams Pay is good with long term incentive schemes and annual bonuses Great work/life balance encouraged (although mandated 3-days per week in office)

Cons

For a global company, employee travel is limited and facetime with managers in other markets is limited; Annual headcount adjustments mean regular significant redundancies; Not at the cutting edge of technology development

Good pay and pension package

Cons

Huge lack of progression and training. Asked to use training budget to go to an in-person course, and was met with ‘we provide online courses’. All the while, other teams are going on endless courses. Every 2 years is a purge of employees so no feeling of security. Better the company does, the more they get rid of. In office 3 days a week which is fine, but no effort to collaborate in-person. All meetings are over Teams. Not a single meeting where you talk face to face. Many people complain about this. No team building at all. Only time you meet people is the Christmas party.
