I like Mastercard and enjoy working here but the micro management around office days is annoying and causes stress amongst employees. There’s a dashboard tracking every single day and our score is updated weekly. The office became too crowded to deal with everyone so it became hostile and uncomfortable. They ended up moving a bunch of us to a new temporary office while the main one expands but it’s subpar.

My experience was negatively impacted by management style and leadership. There was limited recognition for the team, a consistently heavy workload and little flexibility during unforeseen personal circumstances. The overall environment felt unsupportive, which made the role difficult to sustain long-term.
