- Global company, lots of various roles to shoot for. - Solid employee purchase plans.

Cons

- Over-emphasis on non-productive diversity initiatives, which alienated the staff. - Over-emphasis on politics. If you are not in line, you will have a very difficult time working here. - Acquired my company, destroyed the culture, re-assigned employees, and gutted the product only to be sold to another company after 2 years (Ally financial)

Good work life balance, not very time consuming

Cons

This is not management consulting. Most of your job is helping client teams use the APT software platform, and ensuring data is loaded into the platform correctly. This can become extremely boring quite quickly, and you develop a skillset that does not necessarily translate to jobs outside APT. Salary growth and job progression are also slow. If you are interested in helping companies use a specific analytics platform, then this could be a good job for you.

the matrix structure makes it very challenging to get anything worthwhile accomplished - constantly aligning vs moving things forward not enough internal, junior level people to drive productivity lots of legacy behaviors and opinions persist that are not productive to the current goals of the org challenging to move up, or change roles within or across departments, many people in roles for long periods. difficult to gain recognition innovation is a company priority but many are actually very change resistant
