3 or more days a week at the office is brutal. passive aggressiveness in instructing employees to come to the office. There is zero consideration for individual commitments and situations Instead of sitting in traffic for many hours, I'd work for those hours at home and be more productive.

Consistent work and outward brand image still favorable.

Cons

One of the most top heavy companies I have ever seen. Endless hiring of management with no foot soldiers to execute the job. Zero understanding of video production or what it takes to do great work. Constantly hiring unqualified agencies while the internal team is clueless. Highest turn over I have ever seen with my entire team quitting in the two years I was there, all replaced with cheaper and less experienced employees.
