Pros

Good work from home options and teamwork. People are helpful and believe in the mission.

Cons

Career progression is really slow if you are a software engineer in the tech hub. One of the main reasons new hires leave is also because of this. Pay is also low when compared to the market standards of other fintech companies. The management progresses every year but the engineers and architects are stay put. It kind of became a bit toxic to work at since the past one year. My advice for an engineer would be to not make this company your first option.

Pros

Pay is ok, there are some smart people

Cons

Employees care so little about the company, and morale is so low, they don't even use their own products. Inside the building you have to pay with a Mastercard, but outside people use other cards. Would a Coke employee drink Pepsi? I don't think so. People just don't "feel it" for this company, it's just a paycheck to many.

Pros

Practically unbreakable business model, leading the way in financial inclusion and responsible social/economic practices. The organization leads with "decency" and is a force for good in Payments and beyond. HR practices are thoughtful and progressive. Compensation is excellent.

Cons

Conscientious risk management means that decision making can be slow, but ultimately feel we get to the right outcomes.
