* Technical level of employees is low; * CI CD and OPS is a joke; * No social event for family; * No clear core culture; * Communication is top-down and very far from reality; * No one is looking to improve the office communication and culture; * Simplest issue take months to be solved; * Easy to fly under the radar - poor people and project management; * Far away of being agile or startup culture (even in labs);

Pros

Have never seen this behavior of HR, they just put you on trouble if you resign. But just to make my self happy - I would say they would nod have seen the Multinational culture , so not their fault. HRs are like "A frog in the well". Any way , I suggest if you are non gujrati -never ever do this mistake for sure . But if you are resident of gujarat u can think of but I suggest don't join though you are in urgent need and this is you first and last option.

Fun, varied markets, opportunity to learn. You meet and speak to people from different parts of the world getting a lot of experience in the process.

Cons

The company preaches career advancement but you hardly see this in practice save for a few connected persons. Diversity is a big problem, again talked about a lot but really poor.
