Great opportunity/brand identity that management fails to take advantage of

interesting people; knowledge of industry is prevalent; good benefits including on-site services - gym, hair salon, manicurist, good cafeteria

Cons

management doesn't manage change well within the upper levels of management; huge gap in connection with consumer; lack of influx of younger more "connected" generation inhibits growth; lots of meetings that prevent work; more than 10 hour work shifts and life/work balance is only supported if your manager thinks so. located in the middle of nowhere, so if you dont have a car - you are stuck there all day and will use the resources. tendency for people to eat at their desks.

Good way to learn industry but too slow at changing

Work life balance; pockets of talented employees; good place to learn the payments industry

Cons

HR is major problem. Very limited merit based advancement - have to be in the absolute right place at right time and bring an outside offer to get any movement. Too many senior managers with no leadership and no management skills.
