      lots of intern engagement through talks, sessions with management & intern case challenge. People are friendly and helpful. Culture is good as well

      Sometimes projects can be quite dull, but it would depend on the project that your staffed on as well as the department. Slow HR process when through application

      Pros

      relaxed work setting with really good work life balance. business was booming so everyone was happy across the board. good location to work from

      Cons

      no organization, bad management and leadership. too many meetings that had no ending conclusion.. run like a big corporation despite management thinking of it more as a "start up"

      Pros

      The people are all young and enthusiastic. You get a lot of responsibility quickly, and will work on very interesting problems. This is a great place to get started at a software company, with lots of exposure to senior management (regular meetings with the CTO), and lots of user exposure. Products that you work on will be used extensively and will make a difference in our clients' daily work and business decisions.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's so many options for things to work on that I wish I could work on them all---you'll have to share your interesting problems with your co-workers (though you can always help, and hear about what they're up to!).
