Pros

Strong support and dedication to ESG Documented mission and values are strong Lots of opportunities to contribute to culture activities Opportunities to show leadership skills Competitive pay and benefits

Cons

Ongoing budget reductions Flexibility in RTO back tracked with new 3+ day in-office weekly requirement Ongoing layoffs and not addressing them in transparent manner Some VP roles have no promotion potential and it's not being addressed Some leaders are very difficult to work for (unfriendly work conditions) and their trending behaviors are not being addressed by their own managers Reductions in onsite perks and seating available for staff making RTO even more difficult Internal job opportunities are often boxed in/limited to one work location making career growth difficult without leaving the company or relocating

Pros

Nothing I can think of

Cons

Data & Services delivery is a terrible place to work for women. Global leadership turns a blind eye to these issues as long as revenue targets are met. Women voices are suppressed, hiring is dominated by men except for those lucky enough to have a prior connection like being an office lead’s old coworker. Good luck trying to be outspoken with regional leadership. You won’t last long unless you act loyal and stick to the dominant male voice in the room. Several female consultants have left, several female AMC’s have left, several female SMC’s & directors have left. More women will continue to leave or get pushed out. Women office leads got demoted through reorgs. They were replaced by a male who just so happens to be boys with higher ups and got promoted. So if you’re thinking about working here, watch out. Just prepare to be ignored, shut down and thrown under the bus on the regular.

Pros

Salary can be above market average (inconsistent across functions), recently improved insurance scheme is above market standards. Work life balance varies between teams.

Cons

Full of politics, less focused on work ethics. Poor planning for a company of this size. Also, you can clearly identify one particular nationality that fills up supervisory/management roles, who continuously bring in their fellow country men even in situations where there's clear lack of skill ability OR no specific need for that language or culture.
