Pros

This review is only for Baroda center. There was no swipe in and swipe out count. No forceful 9 hours job. Free snacks and soft drinks are provided to employees.

Cons

1. Very bad work culture and horrible HRs. I have never seen such a worse HR department in my whole career. 2. It was an acquired company (named CSAM), most of the manager belongs to CSAM. They and incapable and do not match MasterCard standard. 3. This company is no where near to MasterCard. Only by calling it by the name does not make a company the same. Pathetic higher management. 4. This center (Baroda) does not have any future vision or outlook. Because incapable people are leading this center.

Pros

Work from home option Pretty good annual bonus Pretty good 401k matching Plenty of vacation time Most teammates were good to work with, both the experienced and newer people.

Cons

There is a lot of immaturity. Examples include communication emails that try to joke but are just nonsense. Another is an online forum where employees submit questions where the serious ones are ignored while the playful ones are answered with an equally useless answer. Culture is one where favorites get the promotions and recognition regardless of actual work accomplished compared to teammates. Says it's a technology company. While there are some efforts to become one, it's not even close when compared to the true tech companies. Other than the annual bonus payout, there really is no incentive during review time (little to no raises, rewards come in form of restricted stock that has no value unless you stay employed there for 3 more years). Compensation is behind other tech companies. Health insurance benefits are the worst I've had compared to other companies I've worked at.

Pros

Policies are really good.. very employee friendly policy but all in vain if you have useless management

Cons

Too much power concentrated in wrong hands.. if you are unlucky enough to be under a bad manager or management kiss goodbye to your personal life. It is as if they own you as they are paying you salary. Work overload, no work from home even if it is late, micro management, biased towards certain employees.
