Good organization overall , but in pockets. Money and compensation is great. Lateral movement opportunities are fantastic

Cons

Advisors (now data and services ) has extremely toxic leadership in pockets…. Empathy is non existent. And they tend to prefer hiring from the outside than promote from within. Money is good, but there are better business segments within Data and services- avoid the processor and communIty institution segment , no leaders there (only managers)

Doing well by doing good...It is not really the case. They look at people as a number, and every year despite generating profits, they lay off many employees, independently from their performance. It just happened again, 3 of my close coworkers and friends were just let go without reasons.
