      We were offered with nice benefits but staying here longer would probably make me go mad!

      Cons

      New hires were awfully bullied, disrespected, lied to and then made fun of! I couldn't understand how these people get the nerve to have this kind of attitude toward their colleagues because it's UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE!

      Compensation is ok but not for the hours required. Great team

      Cons

      Management is unrealistic and set you up to fail. The initial training is ok but basically non-existent for more advanced tasks that are randomly thrown at you. The software is terrible, There are 3 separate systems and the only software program that work is being discontinued. The other 2 are riddled with issues and “support” by a team that just doesn’t respond. Senior management ignore the issues, the peer trainers don’t train they fix it for you so you have to go back to them.
