Cons

Weal leadership, lack of resourcing and funding, poor direction and corporate goals. Lack of hr expertise and skill. No bonus no incentive to work harder.

Some good people who showed a lot of dedication. Good Team building events. Some opportunity to learn some new skills. Take these and move on - the world is better outside.

Cons

Poor work/life balance. Too many distractions in the office (pet friendly). Poor reward scheme (e.g. none). Senior Management / Leadership team thinking of themselves, untrusting and unprofessional - with the resulting poor reviews that are consistent.
