Competitive benefits, flexible work schedules in some teams, good culture

Cons

Lack of direction from management, seems like a constant shift in vision and ongoing restructuring impedes growth. Marketing is still in infant stages after a year, and there's a lot of politics to contend with. Salary feels low, especially when there are people consistently working late while others leave early

1. No growth whatsoever 2. No employee care 3. Salary is poor. I have been with the company for over 4 years, and my annual salary is $4000 more than when I started 4. No career opportunity 5. The company is losing clients, it is a dead end 6. Lots of politics even in this small company 7. Team atmosphere is bad, negative. People don't help each other. 8. No team building 9. Seriously, avoid this company at all cost.

Able to take on responsibility. Able to state and follow preferred career direction. Good people to work with, good supportive environment.

Cons

Lack of respect for employees, and employees often do not trust company or think they've been treated fairly. Expectation of unpaid overtime despite low salaries. Often hires people of high qualifications to fill job roles that don't require it.
