      Many opportunities to learn new skills and develop market research practices. New and innovative technology used on a regular basis. Benefits are good, minus salary.

      Cons

      Lack of capacity to meet business needs. Long hours are expected as a result - with no real incentive to do so. Pay isn't ideal for this reason.
