Constant crunch, loss of good talent through heavy handed restructuring and layoffs, relying on people who are left to stay late to get things done, little understanding of upper mgmt for the day-to-day work loads and working realities in ops

I learnt a lot there. in the beginning (when there was more staff) there was always some to help. there are so many smart people who always have a solution which really does give you confidence

Cons

towards the end, people started to drop like flies! They were taking a while to promote me whiles I was overqualified which was very upsetting. management became quite unstable and I released the pay was not great for the amount of work I was doing
