Pros
I learnt a lot there. in the beginning (when there was more staff) there was always some to help. there are so many smart people who always have a solution which really does give you confidence
Cons
towards the end, people started to drop like flies! They were taking a while to promote me whiles I was overqualified which was very upsetting. management became quite unstable and I released the pay was not great for the amount of work I was doing
