      Steady progress but still lacking

      Pros

      The front line staff are some of the best people you will ever know.

      Cons

      This is an organization with the best intentions and poor follow thru. Management tends to overstate their ambitions, intentions and the organization's impact. You will say you are impacting thousands, but actually the number of people is much smaller for such a large organization and staff.

      Fast paced and mission centric

      Pros

      Martha's Table is very fast paced therefore doesn't operate like typical NPOs, however it's growth is fueled by the mission. Comp is at least at-market and benefits are better than market.

      Cons

      Fast pace can lead to fatigue.
