The company has a lot of good core values. I believe they have a lot of programs to help and assist people. It's widely dependent upon your store and coworkers how your experience is.

Cons

Extremely political work environment. It can be very toxic to know that who writes the schedule has the ability to give the associates hours for cause them to have to quit or work somewhere else. There is a lot of old time relationships there and that has pros and cons, but you just don't want to make anyone upset.. also they haven't been able to keep a store manager until recently
