Working here really depends on the store you’re placed at and the culture that’s been built there. Some stores have an amazing team atmosphere where management truly cares, coworkers support each other, and it feels like you’re working with family. When the culture is positive, it’s one of the best places to work — you get to learn, grow, and enjoy coming in every day.

Cons

On the flip side, the experience can vary a lot. Not every store has the same supportive environment, and the culture really makes or breaks the job. Sometimes communication or management styles aren’t consistent across locations.
