We have to work most weekends if we do get one off as a part time employee, and part timers don't get benefits

Low entry-level position for an associate, 45-minute meal breaks if they actually schedule you for 8 hours and not 7 hours and 30 minutes.

Cons

Scheduling is often messy. I have had to remind the manager of agreed upon availablity multiple times.
