Work Life Balance was good. Training was excellent.

Support was minimum. Every employee coaching became an HR issue with corporate. Had to justify my actions every other day to corporate. Was even asked why I had so many white people scheduled behind the register on a given day. I was hired to turn around poor performance. Once I started holding people accountable for their performance, I started getting flack from HR....
