Pros

Weekly pay, flexible, can’t think of anything else

Cons

Horrible pay, it’s like being in high school all over again your business will be all over the store so beware of what you tell management privately. Managers don’t even want to be there. Only good for kids In high school or your first job which was my case. Clocking in will be the most miserable part of your day, a little 10% discount is all they offer. All management does is push you to open credit cards so that they can get an incentive while you get nothing but cold pizza

Pros

Flexible hours; I got to choose when I could and could not work.

Cons

Treats us like children when selling TJX Credit Cards. Sick of hearing "if you get one TJX today, you can pick a treat from the candy jar!" I am not 5-years-old.

Pros

They are willing to work around your availability, great for students, pretty small work environment so you know everyone.

Cons

If you're not full time, you have no guarantee of a certain amount of hours, you could get 20 one week and 4 the next. Raise for being a key carrier is abysmal. $1 raise per hour. That's it. For being responsible for the store and acting as a member of management when they aren't in the building. And of course, when you get keys, you'll either be coming in at 5am to open the store or staying as closing manager a lot. Not worth it. You're doing the work of an assistant manager for way less pay.
