Decent pay for a retail position. Strong leaders in higher up positions. There is a lot of training around leadership/communication and they push you to grow. Company is growing.

Cons

Dealing with the lazier managers/store managers that want everything done for them. Management that has been around for a while are hard to get rid of and basically get away with everything.
