Pay very well and opportunity to grow if your interested.

Cons

Long hours away from your family. Too much merchandise/stock and nowhere to go with it and not a lot of support. Customers are not of the best class.

Expectations during this time of year are not realistic. We keep getting stuff piled on is when all we really need to do is manager our business during these tough times.
