The best reasons to work at Marshall's are the wonderful people that come there to work every day and all the customers that give you a smile as you pay for the cheap items they grab the whole concern is to always put on a mask and to please wash your hands

Cons

There isn't really any downsides I would presume to look at except for some customers walking in and stealing some things and walking out nothing you can really do about it except for call them out but sometimes I think that's not the best idea
