Working with great employees. We have a great staff and consider each other being like family. The hours can be very flexible

Not enough payroll or hours given to employees.Not enough employees on the floor (because of payroll) to be able to do all the tasks required. They want us to run a dept by keeping it clean, filling features, doing pick ups from fitting room, put out stock, unload the truck, do markdowns but all while you have to ring on a register or cover someones break or lunch all while only working very minimal hours. Then management gets mad if the work doesn't get completed. Managers also disrespect long time associates. We have been blamed because we make more than new employees and that is why our payroll is so low, because they have to pay us. No (thanks for all your years of service and dedication), nope they just play the blame game.Then they screw with our hours by giving us full timers barely 28-29 hours when we are supposed to get at least 30 and then blame it on Kronos. A couple of our employees lost their insurance because they went under 30 hours and then blamed it on the associate because they said that THEY should have been watching their hours to make sure they were getting enough.
