Pros
Great work / life balance. The office managers understand that employees should have a life outside of the office and it is encouraged. There are a lot of "good" people here that mean well.
Cons
Compensation is difficult to increase. Once you get in, expect only 3 to 5% each year - at most! Also, if you want to move up in the firm, over time, you will need to go to New York or London. Also, cross team discussions and/or cross sales are few and far between - the firm is very siloed. Politics are also a major issue in the office. Many managing directors simply do what is asked of them but lack leadership and accountability.
