Pros

Fair pay compared to nearby work Close commute

Cons

Not fair pay from job to job whatsoever Not worth a long drive 12.5 hour days and nights Poor work schedule rapid swing nights to days Management! Everything about nearly every one of them with that title is arrogant talks down on you disrespectful oppressive No hr or anyone to help from discrimination and harassment on site Very confusing who handles problems with managers if anyone Favoritism Turn over rate Nearly every problem here can be traced back to extremely poor management and the lack of authority to keep them in check Hr only cares to protect the company by backing management in any way Archaic review policy that determines raises and bonuses Managers given budget to disperse have the complete control to give themselves and their favorites raises while denying yours for literally any excuse you can imagine.

Pros

Nothing as such is positive

Cons

Lots: 1. The culture is completely toxic across all functions. 2. Leadership team role changes in every 3 years thus each leader prepares strategy which are for short term benefit, ignoring the long term interest of the organisation. 3. Favouritism is at its peak. People with zero technical skills can reach higher position while some people with good technical struggle to get a promotion. 4. There is no data in the company across all functions for any kind of analysis 5. Forget about work life balance, you'll keep on working and there will be zero recognition for the good work you'll be do. 6. Manager do not have leadership skill, they keep on thinking about their benefit and promotion and don't focus on subordinate's development.

Pros

-All Mars businesses share the same principles-based decision making backed by individual business unit Purpose statements. -Plenty of opportunities to learn by doing and an intentional framework to help Associates build the experiences they need to grow into the careers they aspire to. -High level of freedom rooted in high expectation of personal responsibility. -Brands and corporate responsibility you can be proud of. -Fairly flat organizational structure without strong hierarchy which strives to ensure all voices are heard. -Good balance of female and historically underrepresented groups in leadership positions with aspirations and targets to continue to add more. -Plenty of opportunities to bring your whole self to work, express who you are, and explore/share personal interests. -Many flexible location roles that allow hybrid office/home work. -Lots of opportunities to work with people and teams all over the world and move regionally or internationally if desired.

Cons

-Fast-paced and large volume of workstreams can be challenging to balance for individuals younger with less career experience. -Constantly changing organizational structure and high rate of internal mobility means people rarely build deep and long-time experience in any single role or function. -Expectations for individuals to self-serve for HR/P&O and many administrative tasks. This includes accessing help with the self-service systems leading to a sense of being "on your own" and adding significant additional time to navigate.
