People with zero technical skills can reach higher position while some people with good technical struggle to get a promotion. 4. There is no data in the company across all functions for any kind of analysis 5. Forget about work life balance, you'll keep on working and there will be zero recognition for the good work you'll be do. 6. Manager do not have leadership skill, they keep on thinking about their benefit and promotion and don't focus on subordinate's development.
