Pros
Wrigley provides associates with a true opportunity to be heard and influence what happens in the business. It's a fluid environment that isn't caught up in policies or politics. It wants to do what's right by the business and by its associates. It is the only place I've worked that values an associate enough to really invest in their development by providing opportunities in various departments and across segments. Wrigley wants associates to spend their entire career here and provides opportunities for that to be possible!
Cons
The open work space can be a little challenging at times, but does help build faster relationships with coworkers.
