Pros

The culture and travel benefits alone make Marriott Vacations a great place to work. There is potential to make very good money as well.

Cons

There have been issues where not always having access to a full time Human Resource person have made simple situations more complicated and stressfu than necessary.

Cons

Number of calls per day(280) Management not respecting employee's disability and attendance needs Wrong position hired for and quick turnover rate only stayed 3 weeks buy had a friend just one week and left Not worth the drive for just 8 per hour
