Pros

Management is great and the people are nice,great work environment. Discounts at the hotels is a great perk. Disappointing when you work all day and can't get a sale.Amazing when things come together and you close multiple deals in one day.

Cons

Base pay is 8.25 a hour. The only people who are making great money are the people who have been with the company the longest and have a different set of leads. The phone systems we use are too old, for a company this large it is very surprising.
