great, laid back work environment. Training is fantastic and the company culture is second to none. Lots of money to be made.

Cons

Mid management is weak and shifty. You can be their best friend one period and in their office getting fired the next. Pay structure and questionable escrow periods that favor Marriott over the employee.

Pros

The longevity of many of the associates here is amazing. Since I've started working here, the same theme I hear over and over is how MVC has become a second home to them. Seeing people working here 25+ years is impressive.

Cons

Some of the sites need an upgrade from the outdated offices and phones. Leadership may want to consider looking into more modern style office design to increase associate satisfaction.
