Pros

They try to treat you well. Loads of staff benefits and even an annual Associate Appreciation Week.

Cons

Some departments are over stretched whilst others are under utilised. Some people/departments work really hard whilst others seem to be only seasonally/occasionally busy. There weren't many career opportunities. If you were ambitious you had to leave to progress unless you were lucky enough to have a good line manager.

Pros

EVERYONE is constantly positive, every manager is willing to listen to you (really listen) when you have an issue or are looking for feedback on something. Everyone wants to see you grow and grow quickly in the company. The focus is really on bringing in front line workers that want to be in the industry which means that you don't get stuck working at the front desk next to someone who couldn't care less and brings you down. So many employee celebrations and ways they show their appreciation.

Cons

The pay is pretty bad. I have a college degree but I could be getting paid the same working at Wal-Mart. Supervisors don't make that much more than entry level employees.
