      Pros

      This is a great place to work. You have great flexibility to perform your job as best as possible. You get great support from management and are given the tools to offer your guests a terrific stay.

      Cons

      The main con is that there is not a lot of possibility of advancement. The management seems to stay around and thus there is no where to move up the management ladder.
