Pros

flexible schedules. health benefits. hotel perks but you won't earn enough to use them.

Cons

one call after another without a chance to catch your breath and regroup. Even if you are doing well, they will criticize you when monitoring calls. You will work hard for very little pay.

Pros

I love the team, they are amazing and fun, and we always help each other and have a laugh together. I love the guests, they can be amazingly friendly, and when they are satisfied they are very greatful. Good tips, and canteen food is available. Amazing enviroment, beautiful hotel.

Cons

The money is very little, for a five star hotel. They expect more from the employees than what they pay them for. You can feel valued by the guests, but not by the higher management, they don't value a regular associate at all.
