Competitive salary within their field.

Cons

No work life balance, huge chaos with no foreseen improvement in the near future as they cant even manage their own bread and butter (logistics) but keep adding services on without proper employees or knowledge of business they're running. They run on great marketing but their services are poor and a shame.
