The job is a series of stressful encounters, you are trying to fix things that have been allowed to work dysfunctionally for over a decade. The management are focused on their own survival and will not support you or help to expose people who cannot do their jobs. If I could give the benefits less than one star I would. I moved into a job for $40k more a year. The pandemic has given the opportunity to thrive, their internal business structure won’t sustain though Hours are awful and people generally treat each other badly, it’s a very toxic environment.
