Being a part of important clinical trials can be very rewarding. Pay is good but not enough to justify the constant threats.

Cons

Management!! Zero support, zero training, it is a sink of swim environment with toxic personalities & unprofessional management. You work under threat of being fired every day. Abusive supervisors will throw you under the bus every chance they get.

There is not a single pro about this current day sweatshop.

Cons

Executive management has created a very toxic work culture and shows a disdain for their employees. Low morale and scared employees. There are executive members who have anger management issues. I witnessed management bragged about price gouging clinical trials. In addition, they have an elitist attitude and are a poor example. A do as I say and not as I do attitude. Turn over is astronomical. I saw several new employees leave before two weeks passed. H.R. is a joke and clueless too. If you are a professional seeking a company offering the basic level of professional respect and courtesy, then Marken is not the place for you. This is a sweat shop in today’s corporate America.
