A communist party full of propaganda ! If you want to protect your mental health don't stay here long!
Pros
I like the international work environment. You work with almost the whole world together which is very nice and you learn a lot about the clinical trials environment in other countries. The salary is good! You get free coffee, tea and candy from the company. The company is very diverse the employees come from all over the world to be honest this is the most diverse company I have worked for so far. Some employees are very determined and work very hard to get the work done for the clients.
Cons
There is no training program at all I was lucky to have received some kind of training but the company has no structured local training program. Also you don't receive any support at all, you're working for 10 people. It's a sink or swim environment with a very high work pressure. There have been several burn out cases so it's very bad for your mental health. They work with archaic systems they use excels as databases, you receive like 1000 emails a day and are part of 1000 email groups which is very disorganized and chaotic sometimes. It's a communistic company they pretend all is fine, they are bragging how great they are, how fast they have grown, that they are the number one in the world. They have even done it during a job interview which makes you want to work for them while in reality they don't even listen to their employees when they have suggestions or feedback.
