-no training on the job. I was just expected to know things and figure them out. -outsourced nurses and health care provider which means there were times patient safety and data integrity were compromised. This happened with almost every single remote visit. Some of the contracted providers were fantastic but some didn't really care which lead to missing data, and jeopardized patient safety in the trials. Marken contracted with any provider who would accept their low rates. -Lots of inconsistencies in the quality of the home health care visits -Inability to keep up with promises made to clients Uses outdated means of capturing data. This makes the processes very manual and leads to a lot of unnecessary errors -Have better ways of protecting PHI. I was often shared PHI for no reason. -This company will find any reason to fire an employee and won't even explain what they did wrong -If an employee gets seriously sick and falls a day behind, there is immediately talks of letting them go. This happened numerous times on my team -If an employee's child falls ill and they are unable to get childcare on short notice, this company will fire them. -They are very behind on their goals -Leadership picks favorites and race is often used as a determining factor.
