You do get a salary at the end of the month and a few projects are quite interesting

Short learning curve No mentoring Not much strategy related work Long hours Lots of lies, both to the employee and to the client

Not good enough. Lacks quality and you can see it really fast. The company will not make you grow in knowledge or salary. Unattractive company

It is a stable job with not many layoffs

Cons

Very long hours even when there is no work to do (not strange to finish after 10pm). Salaries are quite low compared to other companies. No benefits at all, no bonus, no pension fund, no phone... nothing. Annual salary increases are quite low Work consists in powerpoint and excel 85% of the time.
