      A good experience for the first job and a great company if you search for business career

      Pros

      The company offers a great opportunity for people who are starting their career in the job market. The huge project portfolio of MS give you the chance to learn and contribute in different areas and during the experience you acquire skills in project management, teamworking, customer relationships... In addition, the salary remuneration is usually greater than the salary offer by the competitors and the increasing per year is also significant

      Cons

      The work hours the employees must dedicate to the company are greater than the scheduled ones and the personal time during the week is limited.

      Good salary; Constant career progression; Managers are open and easy to be talked with;

      Cons

      Quite technical consulting (not strategic at all); They don't consider that much the preferred options of their people (regarding change of project/mobility)

      Pros

      I will always be thankful to the opportunities that MS has offered me. I feel I'm always learning, I'm challenged, and I am surrounded by very qualified people. Apart from that, these people are now my friends. The work environment is great. I've been able to travel to different countries in Europe, North and Latin America. Love the values, investing in training its people, charity events, and sponsoring sport competitions. The company is doing really well, it's growing every year. I honestly don't understand the comments below, and I'm sorry to read about people that have left with a sour impression.

      Cons

      Challenges have the downside of requiring a lot of commitment and implication... so sometimes it's hard to disconnect, and don't expect time for lots of hobbies.
