Easy job, lots of movement, good coworkers, a fair amount of freedom.

Cons

Bad managers who don't really seem to care and seem to lash out at people when they get mad. Heard of managers yelling at teenaged employees for minor mistakes. Management do sent care about rewarding a job well done. They only care about punishing those who mess up

Pros

Slow days here are easy and the environment is nice. Employees get a 50% discount on most things and generally the people who worked here were pretty friendly. Good first job and good summer job for younger people. Hiring process is quick, it can take them about 3-4 days to contact you initially but if they are interested after your first interview they are very quick to call you back for a second and schedule orientation (I got called back less than an hour after my first interview). If you happen to be training new hires or working gravity ropes, you also get paid an additional dollar per hour.

Cons

Management is inconsistent and rotates a lot, They often struggle to follow their own rules but get upset with their employees doing the same (ex. not responding on the radio or standing there socializing). Raises and growth are difficult to obtain unless you're with the company for a long time and work all throughout the year.
