Very tolerant of people smoking in the building, and generally saying they'll do something about any issues you bring up.

Cons

Management will say they acknowledge a problem, but they don't actually. There's broken equipment everywhere that half works, we don't have all the tools we need to clean, and we're severely understaffed. While they advertise a decent pay range, I was accepted under their minimum listed price online at the time - which was $16 an hour. The work environment is mostly kids as your coworkers, so be prepared for that. They also don't always respect availability, so be warned that you'll have to argue with management for your days off sometimes.

They have flexibility in working with any sort of schedule. 50% discount in center.

Cons

A lot of job stress, weekends worst of all. Almost nonexistent management oversight unless certain managers are working that day. Sparse raises.
