Pros

The people get along surprisingly well. The work is fun (if you like people). You can be trained in multiple departments, so it takes a while to get bored with your job.

Cons

There is no opportunity for advancement. Everyone hates their job so the work and the customers suffer. Most employees are young and are trained poorly, so they're never motivated to do more than the bare minimum. There's a lot of dishonesty among employees. I've experienced multiple incidences of stealing, cheating, breaking rules - all of which affects company profit.

Mainly high school student employees. Managers can be less than accommodating. But it can be fun if you make friends.

Pros

You get good discounts on bowling because it is really expensive and you meet a lot of new people because the employees always come and go.

Cons

The pay is really cheap because like restaurants the company relies on cheap High School labor. Some times you get off really late.

Excellent management, opportunity to be promoted from within, good benefits, strong approach to core values, competitive pay in the industry

Cons

The idea that facial hair (outside of a moustache) is forbidden, is archaic. If we are judging ourselves by the standard of the Marine corps, that's all well and good, but that standard is not a buffet. Either implement it across the board and put your employees through decorum bootcamp, or understand that you are here to serve the people of each community we are represented in. Why we assume as a corporation that those people would not trust someone with a trimmed goatee is outside of reason.
