Messing scheduling, young/inexperienced management, low pay, young and lazy coworkers, disorganized altogether

Pros

Free drinks and great discounts. Some wonderful managers.

Cons

Unfair compensation. Impossible bonus structure. Sales position had no training program. For a chain company, they lack company wide policies and procedures in writing. Some managers tend to act like the teenagers they should be leading and communicate in a discouraging manner.

Pros

The company is growing very fast so there is a lot of opportunity for anyone who gets on board and performs. They have met or exceeded every expectation I have had since joining the company. One of the better work/life balance companies I've worked for.

Cons

We are still small and growing quickly so there are challenges involved that require flexibility. Much more development is needed around management training programs. The right infrastructure is in place, so this should happen soon.
