Pros

Main Event can be a fun company to work for. My co-workers are awesome and are truly like family to me.

Cons

They don't always hire enough people to cover the workload and are pretty stingy about spending the money to hire more staff. The compensation is based on your position within the company, but most of the time your title isn't an accurate representation of what you do. Therefore, most of the staff is severely underpaid.

A lot of money in a short amount of time. Flexible schedule, really nice people, and great for a first job.

Cons

Hectic environment. No free time. But everything is fun and easy to do.

Get a real good discount. Some cool employees. And SOMETIMES fun to work there.

Cons

Servers do alot for little pay. Guests give crappy tips, which leads to very little income.
