50% discount on expensive food Service pool helps with a low paycheck

Cons

No opportunity to grow. Managers lack skills to properly run a business. No consequences for the people who don't show up for work. You need to be best friends with the managers to get a higher position otherwise you are invisible.

Pros

Compassionate and understanding of employees' needs both at work and in their personal lives. Flexible scheduling and a great work environment. They really are a good company to work for and advancement happens all the time as they are expanding and growing more and more each year.

Cons

There really aren't any.
